RESERVATION GUARANTEE
- Reservation guarantee is required to secure your reservation by providing non-refundable deposit by bank transfer or credit card during making reservation.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
- A penalty of cancellation will be applied for any cancellation as indicated during making reservation.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
- Check in time 3 PM and Check out time 12 PM
- Any request for early check in is subject on availability
DAY USE
- A 50% from the applicable rate is applied for late check out until 6 PM. Any extension stay exceeding 18:00 will be charged in full.
